Help treatment court participants stay the course of recovery
Can a single donation REALLY make that difference? YES!
Individuals in Treatment Courts programs often face financial hardships that challenge their recovery. Mid-Michigan Treatment Court Foundation (MMTCF) comes in. Donor contributions are used to help remove financial obstacles to treatment and recovery. In many cases, it is small items, money for bus passes so they can get to their job and counseling sessions, paying for an unexpected dental bill, or other small unexpected costs of daily living

About Us
Save Lives & Reunite Families
Addiction is a disease that affects more than the stricken individual, it impacts the entire circle of family and friends. Donate and make a positive impact through Treatment Courts.
Support Recovery Not Incarceration
Treatment Courts serve addicted individuals who have encountered repeated interactions with the law because of their actions. Instead of incarceration, Treatment Courts offer a holistic yet highly supervised and structured program that focuses on treating substance abuse and mental health disorders through needs assessment, rehabilitation services, and judicial monitoring.
Support Unexpected Survival Expenses
Individuals in Treatment Courts programs often face financial hardships that challenge their recovering. This is where MidMichigan Treatment Court Foundation (MMTCF) comes in.
Reduce Barriers to Success
The funds our donors contribute help remove financial obstacles to treatment and recovery by honoring requests from probation officers in the various courts on behalf of their probationer.
Reunite with Family & Community

Thank you to those who donate money for my drug testing. Being in sobriety court is holding me accountable 24 hours at a time. By your generosity and having these tests paid makes life less stressful and overwhelming. I appreciate your generosity and this opportunity for a chance at a better life.

Treatment Court literally saved my life. I was on a course of self-destruction. I had two DUIs. I was dangerous to others. I had alienated all of my family. I had lost my job. I was broke. Treatment Court was the hardest thing I have ever done, but it is responsible for who I am today. And the help the Mid-Michigan Treatment Court Foundation gave me to have a broken tooth fixed was key to me staying the course.
